Housecliq believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately within 120 Seconds (as displayed in online timer on the app/website) after requesting the service. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the request have been communicated to the Service Professional and they have accepted the request.
Housecliq is not guarantee the quality or provide any warranty for any item purchased through Service Professional for effective service which may include any part or fitting material. The same may be purchased by you at your end as well and Housecliq does not encourage purchase or encourage purchase of any goods/material through Service Professional.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of complaints regarding quality of service or behavior of Service Professional kindly e-mail your complaint @ grievanceofficer@housecliq.com Our Service team will take a decision and inform within 72 hours.
In case of any Refunds approved by Housecliq, it'll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
